SEC EDGAR Filings

Lists a company's SEC filings (GET data.sec.gov/submissions/CIK{10-digit-cik}.json), sorted by filed_on descending, optionally filtered to an exact form_type (e.g. '10-K', '10-K/A' are distinct codes — no partial matching). Builds primary_document_url from the accession number and primary document filename; this is null on the rare pre-2001 filing where SEC never recorded a primary document. Covers only the upstream's 'recent' window (the most recent up to 1000 filings per company — every active large filer's multi-year history in practice); total_count is honestly scoped to that window, not a full historical count. Unknown CIK returns NOT_FOUND.
