Use when an authenticated user wants a bounded read-only export of their Naver Map saved collections and places for backup or migration planning. Do NOT use for continuous crawling, public search, or write operations. Returns collections with nested places and a truncated boolean that signals whether max_collections or max_places_per_collection removed upstream data.
