Use when an authenticated user wants to list their own Naver Map saved-place collections after pasting a valid browser cookie. Do NOT use for public place search, unauthenticated access, or modifying saved places. Returns synthetic-safe normalized collection metadata including IDs, names, counts, owner, visibility, and updated timestamps.
