Korea Building Register
Returns the full 건축물대장 표제부 (title section) detail for one building, identified by a building_id returned from list-buildings-on-lot: structure, main use, roof type, height, floor counts, total floor area, building coverage ratio (건폐율), floor area ratio (용적률), approval date, parking spaces, and elevator count. The lookup follows at most 50 upstream pages. Use this after list-buildings-on-lot once you have a specific building_id. Throws a not-found error (never an empty record) if the building_id no longer matches any ledger entry.
