카카오맵 장소 검색 및 길찾기

Searches for places on KakaoMap by keyword, optionally filtered by proximity to given coordinates. Use when the user asks to find restaurants, cafes, shops, or any POI near a location or by name. Do NOT use for getting detailed info about a known place — use kakaomap:place instead. Returns a list of matching places with name, address, coordinates, and confirm_id for further lookup.
