Get filing document details
Japan EDINET Filings
Looks up one filing's normalized metadata given both its docID and the date it was submitted, by fetching that date's full filing list and matching the docID client-side. EDINET has no docID-keyed metadata endpoint, so `date` is required, not optional — obtain both doc_id and date together from a prior list-filings-by-date call. Throws NOT_FOUND if no filing with that docID appears in that date's list.
