CatchTable 레스토랑 검색 및 예약

Fetches paginated reviews for a specific restaurant on Catchtable by shop reference ID, including author, rating, content, and date. Use when the user wants to read reviews or check ratings for a restaurant. Do NOT use for restaurant details — use catchtable:shop instead. Returns a list of reviews with total count for pagination.
